Coming up on another year and I can honestly say that i miss you and love you very much but im glad that you are out of pain and dont have to be here to see the division in the world, i know that would upset you very much. I love you still as much as i did the day that you left without saying good bye.

I think about you often and it is your wisdom that guides me through my life, personal and professional. I try to handle my job in the same manner that I think you did. I love you and miss you and I remembered your last words to me,"keep the peace". I promised and I have done my best.

Officer McCool was an outstanding policeman! He wasn't hard core, instead he would give the teenagers driving around town, good advice. He never preached to us regarding the dangers of drinking and driving, but watched out for all of us, like a caring dad. All of us kids knew how much he loved all his children, even taking out pics to dad brag. He was very much appreciated by all of us young adults. You are missed Officer McCool!

I loved Glen from the first time I met him and was proud to call him "Dad" for a short time. He was a very kind and gental man who loved his family dearly. When I have thought of him over the years the first thing that comes to mind was his smile and his laugh.

My first memory of Uncle Glen is when I was three years old and he was about sixteen. He was standing on top of a cotton wagon that was really high. He looked like a giant before he jumped off and broke his arm. He is still a giant to me. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of calling him "daddy" for over 20 years, even though he wasn't my biological dad...he was still daddy to me. I will miss him so much, but I have peace in my heart knowing he is with God & isn't in anymore pain. I love you daddy & thank you for being there no matter what
