Peggy Moore Obituary

Peggy Ann Moore
1946-2015
Peggy Ann Moore, age 68, of Stafford, Texas, passed away peacefully February 5, 2015. She left our world to be with God, leaving behind the pain and suffering she had endured from cancer.
Peggy was born July 21, 1946 in Ft. Scott, Kansas and was the daughter of Jesse Charles and Eula Jo Kinder. The family relocated to Denver, Colorado and established themselves in the suburb of Westminster, Colorado. On a family vacation to Cody in 1959 their lives were changed forever and they relocated to Cody. The Kinder family purchased and operated Half Moon Inn on the North Fork of the Shoshone River. Peggy attended the one room country school at Wapiti and graduated from Cody High School in 1964.
Peggy was employed as a laundry manager at De Paul Hospital, St. Marks Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital System, St. Joseph's Hospital, and the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. During that time, she was active in the National Association of Linen Managers as a District Director and Board Member. Peggy was also a core member of the South Texas ALM chapter and was the facilitator for many sessions of the ALM American Laundry & Linen College. She was very well respected and highly thought of by her colleagues and friends in the industry.
Peggy was also a crucial part of the growth and success of the family business, TEAM Systems. She was diligent in handling the books for the company and thoughtful in her approach to managing vendor relationships.
One of Peggy's favorite things to do was to take cruises. Two of her favorite places to visit were Hawaii and Alaska. She loved to go whale watching in Alaska and enjoyed the beautiful blue water and relaxing lifestyle of the Hawaiian Islands.
Peggy was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father. She is survived by her beloved husband, Michael, boys Andrew and his wife Kelly of Cypress, Texas, Adam and wife Rebecca of Kingwood, Texas; grandchildren Laura and Byron of Cypress, Texas; mother Eula Jo Kinder of Tucson, Arizona; sister Patricia Oleson of Tucson, Arizona; brothers Michael Charles Kinder of Cody, Wyoming and Jeffrey John Kinder of Vancouver, Washington.
It was Peggy's wish to be cremated and so her wish will be honored and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the following organizations: John Hagee Ministries, JJ Watt Foundation, St. Jude's Hospital, and Elk's National Foundation.
The family asks for, and is grateful for, your continued prayers.
