James Lillo Obituary

James K. Lillo
March 7, 1949- Nov. 11, 2009
Jim passed away on Nov. 11, 2009. He lived in Massillon all of his life, graduated from Washington High School, and worked for the Timken Company for 37 years.
He is the son of the late Andrew and Claribel (Betis) Lillo. Jim also had two brothers, John, and Bob, who have passed away. He also has a sister, Sally Farr, who lives in Massillon. Jim was married 37 years to his wife, Janet (Arnold), and has a son, Michael, who is married to Alison. He also had a special person he calls... Rosie, his girl, whom he loved and liked to take along to go get dinner with him. Jim had a love of life and always could give you a one liner that would make you laugh. He was a very caring person who would do anything to help you and would truly care about you. Jim had a love for music, history, crossword puzzles, newspapers, cinnamon hot candy, ice cream sandwiches, and he loved his sports. If you asked him a question about any of them, I am sure he would know the answer.
Jim's last wishes were to have no showing and to be cremated, so his family is following his wishes. If you would like to donate to a charity, the American Heart Association, Salvation Army, or any other charity of your choice, in Jim's name, you can. I know he will be smiling and saying thanks. I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked on the same crew as Jim and although I worked in a different building than Jim we would share a laugh at team meetings or when we saw one another. He was always in the middle of a crossword puzzle or snacking on some popcorn. I will really miss him.
