Gary Housman Obituary
GARY B., 62 years, of Greentown, Pike County, PA and Nokomis FL, formerly of Wayne PA, died Friday, May 14, 2004 in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the beloved husband of Diane J. (Hunsicker) Housman. The couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary last December 31st; also survived by daughters, Sherri L. Hill of Pasadena MD and Stephanie L. Lennox of Arnold MD; sister, June Powers of Midlothian VA; brother, George Housman of Fords NJ; 2 grandchildren; predeceased by a brother, Walter H. Housman Jr. who died in March. Gary was a Sales Manager for Manulife Financial, in Wayne PA, for 16 years before retiring in 2000. Born in Perth Amboy NJ, he was the son of the late Walter H. Sr. and Millicent M. (McGarrah) Housman. He was a member of the Venice Nokomis United Methodist Church, Nokomis FL. A Celebration of Life and Remembrance Service shall take place at a later time in Nokomis FL. Family and friends may visit and pay their respects Monday May 17, 2004 in THE HEINTZELMAN FUNERAL HOME, INC, 4906 Rte 309, Schnecksville from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, please make Contributions in Gary's name to Valley Hospice, c/o the funeral home, POB #196, Schnecksville PA 18078.
