Dr. G was pediatrician to my two children who are now 22 and 28. He was kind, compassionate and always a phone call away for us day or night. We have fond memories of Dr. G and wish his family our condolences and thank them for sharing him with us. Rest peacefully Dr.

Dr. Jack was my pediatrician, neighbor, mentor, and friend. He will be sorely missed. Such a gentle and loving man, a characteristic that I'm sure all who had come to know him will attest to. Rest easy, Dr. G.

Dr G was an inspiration for the entire nursing staff at Methodist hospital. He was kind, compassionate, witty and very patient. He was truly a legendary person and physician. Thank you, Jack, for adding so much to so many peoples ( and newborn babies) lives!!

Dr Giacobbo was my pediatrician from birth to 16 years old. He was the most amazing doctor. I was never scared to go to any appointment because he was so kind and gentle. May his soul rest in paradise and he be rewarded for all the lives he took great care of. Rest easy, doc
