SUSANNE M. CARROLL

CARROLL SUSANNE M. Returned to Our Lord on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (nee Farrell) Carroll and sister to the deceased Sr. Catherine Carroll, she is survived by her brother Monsignor Michael J. Carroll and many beloved cousins and friends. Raised in West Philadelphia and a long time resident of Bensalem, Susanne attended St. Hubert's High School and went on to Holy Family University and Villanova University for her degree and Master's respectively. Susanne was a math teacher touching the minds and hearts of countless students at Archbishop Ryan High School in Philadelphia starting in 1969. In 1997, she assumed the position of Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs at St. Hubert's High School and then returned to Ryan as a volunteer. Her family wishes to thank the staff at Little Flower Manor in Darby and Holy Redeemer Hospice for the compassionate care given to her in her final days and all who remembered her with cards and calls. Susanne was gratified by the kindness. Funeral Services for Susanne will be on Friday, September 3, at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA, 19020. Visitation is in the church starting at 9:30 A.M. with the Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA. JAMES O.
