THOMAS P. WINKLER

WINKLER THOMAS P. Of Medford, NJ, died Monday, October 23, 2023. He was 58. Tom is survived by his wife, Kristine (nee Hardy); sister, Julia Brenton (Karl); brother, William P. Winkler (Carol); and his nephews, Stephen and Alex Ricchini. Tom was a Service Specialist for PSE&G. Growing up in Philadelphia, Tom's favorite thing to do was walk his dog through the woods and explore all the wonders nature has to offer. His love of German Shepherds and nature followed him throughout his life. He settled in Medford and transformed his property into a private paradise with creative landscaping, a beautiful Koi Pond, and sanctuary for the many birds and animals he enjoyed watching and feeding. Tom loved the water whether it be walking along the lake or hunting for treasures on the beach. The joy of a sunrise or crashing waves never escaped him. He was always mischievous, loved to play pranks and often left you speechless with his sense of humor. His kindness and generosity held no bounds, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to help others. Above all else Tom's greatest joys were those he shared with his wife Kristine and Fur babies Heidi, Boozer, Ray, Sampson, Atilla, and Murray the orange tabby who ruled the roost. A Visitation will be held Sunday, October 29, 2023 beginning at 10 A.M. followed by a Funeral Service at 12 Noon at LECHNER FUNERAL HOME, 24 N. Main St., Medford.
