So sorry to hear about Phil's pasing, and sorry to be so late here, just heard about the sad news. Like Jon Wilson, Phil and I were classmates, teammates, and good friends all through Junior and Senior High School. We lost touch after that, but it sure is obvious that Phil had a great life with a wonderful family and many great friends. We will all miss him very much.

My condolences to Phil's family and friends. I knew Phil through the USMC, and always found him to be very professional and courteous. He worked very diligently to get funding for a number of planning projects at Parris Island…a task that all existing/future Marines will benefit from and appreciate. Thank you, Phil.

Rebecca and family,

I am so sorry to hear about Phil. We worked together in Norfolk for many years. In addition to being a talented architect, he was a great guy with a tremendous sense of humor. Whenever I think of Phil, it brings a smile to my face. He will be missed.

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Phil and I were in Junior and Senior High together. He was one of my best friends then, but sadly we lost touch. He was really a great guy. A lot of fun to be around. A quick wit but always with a kind word. Sorry to miss the memorial service in Middletown, I just now found out.
