 David Hiram Garcia, passed away on Monday, February 9 at 6:30p.m., due to complications of Cancer. He was taken to St. Rose Dominic Hospital in Las Vegas, NV 16 days prior to his death.
 David was born May 5, 1947 in General Alvear, Mendoza, Argentina, S.A. He arrived in the USA in 1964 with his parents to start a new life and was the youngest of four sons. David attended college in Los Angeles, CA majoring in electronics. He worked for Zenith Corp. before starting his own businesses. David met and later married Alicia Navallez from Sonora, MX in 1966. The two were married in Los Angeles. They proceeded to have two children, a son Larry David and a daughter Irma. He was also stepfather to Pedro.
 David's business varied from a arcade/pool hall in Maywood, CA to a very popular night club in the eighties called CLUB 47 in Montebello, CA off Whitter Blvd. He moved to the Imperial Valley in late 1989, where he worked as security for the local security companies. He secured the Social Services Building, Holly Sugar, the Border Patrol Dentition Center on Imperial Avenue, as well as the Oscars Event in 1997. He then moved to Orange County where he worked security there as well. He remarried in 2004 and then moved to Las Vegas, NV where he worked for Wynn Casino until his death.
 David Hiram Garcia is preceded in death by his father, Renato Miguel Angel Garcia from Chile, whom is buried in Hollywood Hills; his mother, Lily Garcia from Argentina; his brothers, Dante Renato Garcia, Hermes G. Garcia; and his stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Pedro C. Navallez and Refugio Rangel.
 He is survived by his son, Larry David Garcia whom resides Mexicali; his daughter, Irma Garcia-Taylor of El Centro and is employed by the State of California; current wife of four years, Maria Tessa; his ex-wife, Alicia Navallez; and his grandchildren, Leonard J. Marino, who works for US Customs, M. Marek Hernandez, Larry David Garcia Jr., Ramsey Dante Garcia and his stepgrandchildren, Hiram David Navallez, Pedro Amadeus Navallez, Angel R. Navallez, Alicia A. Navallez and Susana Valdes, who works for the US Army; his oldest brother in Argentina, Leonardo Daniel Garcia and several nieces and nephews in both North America and South America.
 Services for David Hiram Garcia are pending. He is located at the Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas, NV.
