Rita San Roman, 89, of Brawley passed away Tuesday, March 17.
She was born October 28, 1925 in Brawley. Rita worked as a housekeeper for Barbara Worth Country Club, enjoyed her grandkids, pet Lola, crocheting, knitting and gardening.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 27 at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley with rosary at 7 p.m. Mass will commence at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 28 at St. Margaret Mary Church, also in Brawley. She will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery immediately following Mass.
She was preceded in death by his brothers, Albert Aceves and Pascual Aceves; sisters, Elena Duarte, and Sara Montes; son, Lino San Roman; parents, Pascual Aceves and Catalina Aceves.
Rita is survived by her sons, Mike and Cori San Roman, and Carlos and Margaret San Roman; 4 grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
