Hilda Porrier Obituary
Funeral services for Hilda Porrier, age 78, will be held 11 a.m., Monday January 2, 2012 at Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Stacy Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery.
Mrs. Porrier died Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington, TN.
She was born August 14, 1933 in Jackson, TN, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Cordelia Noe Osborne. She was a member of Enville Baptist Church and devoted her life to God and her family.
She is survived by her sons, David Porrier of Saltillo, TN and Sidney Lewis Porrier of Tucson, AZ; daughters, Bobbi Millner of Jackson, TN, Pat Sutton and husband Jim of Lexington Park, MD, Brenda Jones and husband Steve of Hernando, MS; brothers, Sidney Osborne and Jerry Osborne; sister, Bonnie Moling; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Mrs. Porrier was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Lawrence Porrier Jr.; two brothers, Robert L. Osborne and Jack Osborne; daughter, Marilyn Jo Taylor; grandson, John Jay Strauser.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 2, 2012 from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

She was a beautiful woman and loved by many and will be missed by many. She is happy in Heaven with all her family members that have passed before her. I consider her my guardian angel and I love her so much and I look forward to reuniting with her again some day. Love, Pam Briggs
