I always enjoyed our mountain bike activities and group parties with Ralph and Judy.

I had the pleasure of playing softball for Coach McCarroll. Whether we won or loss, he was always there to support you. I will always remember losing to Manchester in States and someone saying, "if we would have done this, maybe we could have won". He looked at the team and said, "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, then every day would be Christmas".
RIP Coach!

Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of Ralph McCarroll. He was a kind and generous person. I had a lot of great times and adventures with him and Judy . One of my fondest adventures with Ralph was when we were on a hut to hut mountain bike trip through the San Juan mountains between Telluride and Moab in late September. We got caught in an early fall snowstorm. The memories of these good times are priceless. Thank you, McCarroll family, for sharing such a beautiful person!

Our deepest sympathy to the McCarroll family. Ralph was a great and gentle man. It was our honor to know him through South Windsor sports.

Condolences to Ralph's family. We met the McCarrolls in 2005 when we moved to Frisco, CO. We enjoyed many good times with Ralph and Judy. Loved the stories about his coaching days. A good man who has left a positive mark on many young folks. RIP my friend.

Coach - we spent many hours together after games celebrating the ups and downs of the football team . You were more then a coach to Timmy, you knew that. You were a mentor and a friend. Thank you coach. May you Rest In Peace.

Im very sorry to hear of Coach Macs passing. I was privileged enough to play football for Coach on the 1985 and 1986 teams that he led to consecutive league titles. I was also privileged to have coached at SWHS for six years with Coach MAC, Coach gave me a chance, something Ill always be thankful for, I truly dont think Id be where Im at today without the chance he gave me. We had a lot of great times as a staff together, scouting trips, coaches corner, and simply being out on the field. Thank you Coach for all you have done for so many young people!!! May you Rest In Peace, Sincerely Tim Popick

On behalf of the Pelletiers,
our sincere condolences to the family. Coach was so instrumental and such a dedicated field dad to the players and our sons, Lee & Eric, who played 4 years.
Thank you Coach for all you've done. We all shall cherish those fond memories.
R.I.P. Thanks for your guidance!
