Theresa Lynn Russell

Theresa Lynn Russell, 69, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 24, 1956, in Covington, Kentucky, Theresa was the daughter of the late Edith and Thomas. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and strength touched all who knew her. Theresa is lovingly remembered by her husband, Jerry Russell; her daughters, Carmen and Melissa Britton; and her cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, and Jayce Britton. She is alsosurvived by her three sisters: Kathy Judd, Patty (Lee) Newman, and Chrissy (Albert) Garner; and her nieces and nephews: Michael (Rochelle) and Johnny Judd, Shannon (Dee) Spann, Danielle and Christopher Garner. She will be fondly remembered by her great-nieces and nephews: Alanna and Blaze Spann, and Leah and Caroline Judd. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edith and Thomas, and her beloved nephew, Shawn. Theresa found joy in the simple moments-spending time with her dog, Parker, and being surrounded by her children and grandchildren, whom she loved deeply. Her legacy of love, resilience, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
