Though it's already been a week and a half, I still can't believe you're gone. Your illness lasted so long, but your death came so quickly. There isn't an hour that goes by that I don't think of you and while I'm relieved your suffering has ended, I'm sad that I'll never hear your voice or see your smile again. Today we honor your your life and I hope we do you proud. If you're watching from above, which I hope you will be, you will see how many of us love you, miss you and wish you were still here with us. Rest in peace dad. Your memory will live in on our hearts forever. Love, Kim
