Truly made a positive impression on me. Bob was an treasure of knowledge in the industry , but most of all a person you were proud to be associated with , just because of the person he was - for so many reasons . You are missed Bob by many , including the Rangers .

"God Comforts Us With Memories"

"We can never be separated from those we love...because God leaves us with memories to hold and love that doesn't pass away. You're not alone - you're in the hearts of many others who care about you and who stand by you while God eases your sorrow and replaces it with beautiful memories." author unknown

Greetings to friends and family of Bob and Onie. I first met Bob in the late 1970's and was very impressed. He and Onie were good and special people. We visited in So Cal (my place), Corpus, Chicago, Wash DC, and Fort Worth. I always enjoyed our contact both professionally and personally. They were both good folks. I wish I had known them more closely. Although I never met the family, they always spoke very highly and proudly of them. My deepest sympathies to you all.

Dear Millers,

Having met Bob Miller at Trinity Valley School sporting events, and reading about his colligate and lifelong love of competition today, I believe these words describe his final and most important victory,

“Where, O death is your victory? Where, O death is your sting? . . . But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 15:55, 57.)

He has won the ultimate victory of eternal life over death!

Our hearts and prayers are with you.

Tod, Laura, Jay & Scott,

We were saddened to hear about the loss of your Dad. It was always a pleasure to see him at all the TVS sporting events in support of Jay and Scott. He was a true gentleman, who obviously did a great job of raising a son who is a great role model as well, and helping to raise two outstanding grandsons.

Your Friends,

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I had the great fortune to work with Bob and Onie when they decided to return to Fort Worth to be close to their family. Words cannot express the lessons learned by studying their example or the joys shared by hearing of the trials and victories they achieved in this life. They lived and laughed, loved deeply and shared openly all they had. I am a better person for knowing them, and the world is a better place having left their imprint on it. May we learn from their example and leave the world a better place than it was when we entered.

We love you, Bob and Onie! Godspeed!

Bob was first and foremost a warm human being of wisdom, love, heart and soul. He was always there to give to your need. A Master to and for the industry he grew to love and contribute so much to.Bob was often referred to as the "Encyclopedia of Association Marketing". If you never just sat and talked sports or business with Bob, you really missed some of life's sunshine. Spring training in Az. won't be the same and the Badgers lost a passionate fan.
So many of us will miss you Bob, but now Onie is complete again.

Bob was one of the finest men I have known and the best I worked for!! He was fair and honest! Even though I had not seen Bob for over 20 years, we continued to exchange Christmas cards.

He and Onie were great people to know and admire!

Bob was my mentor at Continental Casualty Company and a lifelong friend. Somehow, he being a Badger and me being a Hawkeye, we still managed or friendship over the years, including a discussion a few weeks ago about getting together in Madison for the Iowa/Wisconsin game. He will be missed and grateful for knowing him.
