David Maloney Obituary

Maloney, David Allen Age 55, born February 13, 1958 of Milwaukee, WI passed away December 18, 2013 after his battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his Mother Karen (Maloney) Oldale, Father Aelred Maloney and Brother Timothy Maloney. He is survived by his wife Bridgette (Metzner) Maloney of El Segundo, CA ; Grandmother Marjorie Wolf of Mercer, WI; siblings Paul Maloney (Terry), Gloria Gusick (Gerry), Laura DeCamp (George), Angeliet Rohner, Daniel Maloney (Doris), Susan Davis (Gary), Emery Maloney (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. David was a Veteran and served in the US Army from 1976-1980 spending most of it in Germany where he met his wife. David was employed with P&H as a Certified Welding Inspector & long standing member of the American Welding Society. David loved music, not only listening but playing; he played the guitar and drums. He loved golfing, fishing and watching baseball & football games with his good friends; Nate, Scott & Brian. He was an excellent foosball enthusiast and played whenever the opportunity arose. David has touched many lives and has had a wonderful support system from both family and friends throughout his life. The family is very fortunate for David's wonderful friends who helped him during his battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him. A memorial is planned for the summer of 2014. David's family would like to thank all of the staff at St. Luke's Medical Center & the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee for all the excellent care he received over the years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee.

We have always had a love/hate relationship, but in the end love won out. Glad that I was able to see you and watch the last Packer game with you. Always have nothing but Love for you and will see you some day on the other side. Keep them guessing til I get there.
