Jean R. Ritter

Ritter, Jean R. (Nee Balliett ) Found peace June 24, 2016, age 68. Survived by her husband, Paul, of 46 years; her son Christopher and her mother Georgina Balliett. She is further survived by her brother James (Jo) Balliett, sister June Pollari, many nieces and nephews and her grandchildren Ciena and Brendan Ritter. Jean was a loving aunt to eight nieces and six nephews. Her warmest moments in recent years have been with Ciena and Brendan who made Jean a loving nana. They have known moments of love and tenderness and some silly times. To see Jean smile was reward enough. Her behavior in the last few years centered around the 3 C's: casinos, cocktails and the Cubs. She'd quote the Righteous Brothers that she was having the time of her life. Jean was the soul and inspiration for our family. Jean was last employed at Wauwatosa East as a food service worker. This experience allowed her talents to handle Packer Sundays at Papa's Social Club, thanks to our friend, Tony. Jean was blessed with so many friends and coworkers, God bless you all. Romans 6:25. Jesus Christ held Jean early Friday morning and took her to a wonderful place. Ciena Nicole and Brendan John have an angel watching over them and Nana is her name. You will be missed sweetie!
