John B. "Charlie" Balistreri

Balistreri, John B. "Charlie" Passed away peacefully on March 7, 2012, age 82. Beloved husband of the late Edna (nee Kivi). Dearest father of Tommy (Theresa), Katherine (Ken) Jung and Gregory. Proud grandfather of Clayton Clouse, Kenny, Jordan and Collin Jung; great-grandpa of Anaiya and Gabriella Clouse. Dear brother of Frank (the late Rosemary). Sadly missed by special friends Patricia Stein, Carolyn and Susan Davis and Alexa Herasimchuk. Preceded in death by siblings Mary (Frank) Vento, Ann (Fieldon) McQuitty, Rosalie and Jerome Balistreri. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Ann Balistreri, Helen Lantta, Helvi Pelkola and Helmi (Jim) Anderson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at AngelsGrace Hospice. Visitation Tues., March 13, at the Funeral Home from 4 PM until A Time of Remembrance at 7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial on Wed., March 14, at 10 AM, at The Basilica of St. Josaphat, 2333 6th St., Milwaukee. (Parking available in lot on 7th St. side of church). Procession to Holy Cross Cemetery for Committal Service and Entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to AngelsGrace Hospice appreciated.
