Mark Rieder Obituary

Mark Rieder

Of Germantown. Carried quickly home to his Savior by angels on Wed. June 16, 2021, age 57. Precious, beloved husband and soulmate of Ann (nee Kuczkowski). Cherished dad of Tony (Summer). Loving brother of Kenny and favorist sister-in-law Cindy. Awsome brother-in-law Michael. Fun loving uncle of Becca, Jon, Sara and Brad. Dearest friend of Jeff and Grizz. Further survived by great friends, neighbors and relatives. Preceded in death by his parents, Al and Elise.

He loved his job as a Ready-Mix driver for over 33 years and helped build the city and surrounding counties. He took his position as a Union Steward for Ozinga seriously especially for job seniority and workers rights.

Celebration of Life and visitation will be held Tuesday June 22 at ST. BONIFACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, W204 N11940 Goldendale Road, Germantown from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. Followed by Mass at 5:00 PM.

Mark loved ice fishing, camping, hunting, Mopar Muscle cars, sitting together on the patio rocker and putzing in the garage with chilly cold beers. Regaling you with his stories. He even had a secret sauce for his hummingbirds. He had a wicked sense of humor and enjoyed feeding the critters and taking naps.

Mark was the best husband ever. He was a man of great pride, Christian values, faith and our protector and mentor. He was honest, decent and compassionate with a true heart of gold.

"Yes honey, you gave more than enough love to last a Lifetime"

I just found out about his passing. I'm so very sorry. My heart goes out to his family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember him being nice and kind. Just like his son. I remember him having a sense of humor, always joking. I'm so very sorry.

So sorry I could not make it to the gathering to honor Mark, my wife is sick with cancer and needs me with her. Mark was a coworker and a mentor to us all. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing this great man. With a heavy heart and great sadness I will miss him dearly. Rest in peace my friend.

My sympathies to the Rieder families on the loss of Mark. Gone way too soon. I remember him from St. Alberts. He was in my brother Dave's class of 78. I went to school with his brother Ken. Unfortunately, I haven't seen either Ken of Mark since St. Alberts. RIP Mark God grant you eternal rest and perpetual light shine upon you.

Extremely saddened to see the news of a wonderful man being taken too soon. Mr. Rieder gave Tony and I some hard lessons in life that I still use today. I will be thinking of you Mr. Rieder and your family as they navigate through this difficult time.
