I cant believe its been 6 years already since we lost beautiful Myeshia. Ill always remember that dimple smile calling me Mom. I miss that kid ❤. My heart aches every year on this day for Lisa. If you see this Lisa... love & am thinking of you.

I miss you so much and I wish I could see you each time I visit my home where we spent countless summer days hanging out and snow days making snow mans then going to the coffee shop down the block for hot cocoa. Or walking our dogs together. Your mom and grandma were always so kind to us and welcoming. I miss you a lot. I wish I could have saw you one more time. I know one day I will but for now I'll remember your smile, humor, support, & talent. Rest easy sweetie.

Myesha touched everyones life in a special way. She had a gift to make every feel like we've known her a lifetime. It's hard to comprehend why someone so young, so good inside and out can be taken away so soon, but God only borrows us for a little while. He wanted Myesha home. I've watched many of her young friends struggle. I just thank God everyday the kids are strong in their faith. Today, I looked around at the church... Myesha was unforgettable and the turnout of young people proved that. To dear Lisa, I, too have only 1 child. I know your heart agonizes, but I also know your are SO strong in your faith and it will see you through. Know, you gave birth to Angel who will always be that shining diamond star in the sky who will look down on us and always remind us she is here in our hearts. Myesha is unforgettable. She will live on through you, Lisa and all of us as we remind people of her every chance we get. Much love being sent your way.

I remember Myesha's wit and talent. She was a very gifted young lady. I am so sorry that she is gone. All my prayers to her friends and family.
(I was the 5th grade teacher @ St. Bernadette School and played piano for the two musicals she was in--she was a terrific singer and performer.)

My'esha Bender you were like a little sister to me. I remember your singing voice and anything that was on your mind you shared it with me. I am honored to have known you and to be in your present. I thought you were going to sing at my wedding but I know God has you safe in his arm. I just know your mother is so crushed that she lost her Poo. I will be there by her side in this time of grievance. You will be immensely missed.
