Society has lost a Great man. Nick was indeed a pillar. He was a predictable steady leader. He was a wonderful friend to both of my parents, a great father to his kids and most of all a great husband to his lovely wife Phyllis. May he Rest In Peace [email protected]

So sorry to learn of this. I began working with Nic when I was the secretary to Bob Ripp and Ray Marotte of Wauwatosa Realty, well before I got into the title business, where I've been since 1991. I pray each of your family members, Nic, will come to find peace through your life and legacy. Be at a well-earned rest.
