I first met Dr. Danforth --or Phyllis & Clarke, as they were always kown-- when we were all students at UW Madison. About a year ago I learned of his cancer diagnosis from a mutual friend and was saddened today to learn that his valiant battle with the disease had come to an end. My sincee sympathies go out to Phyllis, her children and grandchildren.

When hearts are joined as one, they always will be linked. The bonds that do connect you can never be extinct. For loves a potent energy, its resonance is great. And when you share that power, the greatest link you create. Death cannot divide you, no distance is too far. No matter if you're here or there, joined by love's bond you are. So grieve not for your loved one who you think has left your side. Their energy surrounds you, in your heart he does reside. To feel him concentrate your thoughts on how you truly feel. Recreate the love you shared and make his presence real. He's there just waiting for you, a simple loving thought away. So hold him firmly in your heart until you meet again one day.

Deepest condolences to the Danforth Family from a former employee. I worked for Drs Danforth and Millen back in the 70's when their office was downtown. Dr. Danforth was a compassionate man who cared deeply for and about his patients as well as his employees. He was dedicated to all who required his services and a great man to work for and with. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
