Mrs. Denny and family,
I knew Mr. Denny as our back door neighbor for years in Elm Grove. I remember him fondly as a kind man with a loving way and a hearty laugh. I am grateful to him for introducing my mother Evangeline Constantine, to her now husband, Siegfried Krauss. My sympathies to you at this difficult time. May you be comforted knowing that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
Our prayers are with you.

Rita & family,
it was with great shock that we learned of Bill's passing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I have known and sailed against the Bonne Chance program for 30+ years & Bill was always the true gentleman sailor. He was also a great supporter of the SOS groups efforts to save the little church in the Grove. He wore many hats with ability and pride and was certainly one of a kind.

It was hard to work with Mr. Denny and not become his friend, he had that way about him that showed he really cared. Bill will be missed by us, and by many others too.

In his more than 50 years of law practice and membership in the Wisconsin Bar, Bill helped shape not only the legal landscape of Wisconsin, but also the careers of many lawyers. He may be gone but his legacy will continue for many many years to come. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rita and the family.

Dearest Rita and Family,
My "Skipper" has departed this earth to sail in the blue skies of Heaven with my Dad Walt and many more from our Milwaukee Yacht Club Family. The race is on! The tears are flowing! The Schelwat family extends our sympathy and mourns with you. Bill was the most sincere, sweet and generous man that I have been priviledged to know. Besides inviting us often to sail and race on lovely Bonne Chance (always so much fun and such great food from Margaret & all), Bill took our family under his wing in difficult times and got us through with his soft spoken sense of humor and faithful warmth. Our son Tim got his law start in Bill's office. He molded Tim into an outstanding lawyer - we are most grateful. It pained me to see Bill struggling the last year or so. What an inspiration for all of us to keep the chin up, keep happy, and to know what truly is important in life. God Bless You...
