I wish I had been lucky enough to meet Kent. He was a special guy, as I can see from the pictures, videos and his loving family and friends. He is watching over all of them now. One day we will meet, and I'll shake his hand.

I got to meet Kent when we were in high school. He was one of the funniest, nicest, and just...such an amazing person. He will be terribly missed but he's in a better place, my prayers are with your family.

I never had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful young man, but I surely do wish I had. I have known his precious mother since the day she was born and had the honor of babysitting her and her two sisters. Cathie, you know that I do know exactly how you feel and it just breaks my heart for you. I am so, so sorry. To you and your family as well as Lynda Gayle, Gloria, and their families, Chuck and I offer our deepest sympathies and our love. We will remember each of you in our whispers to Father God. Kent was my co-worker at TNI on my team in Austin.Kent was always full of life and laughter. He was always ready to help out and he was certainly an achiever. He had such and energy about him and zest for life.He will be truly missed but not forgotten by all of us. I was blessed to have known him.

I am so sad for you and Kimberly. Your children were/are your life - - Kent left this earth knowing that he was loved and cherished by you. I still have a clear memory of when Kent and Kimberly would come to my office with you - so beautiful, so full of life. Even during the times of the divorce, your focus was always on them.
Please know that I am sending you thoughts of peace, love and compassion.
