ALLEN KEITH WELLS

Allen K. Wells, 33, of Lee's Summit, MO, passed away Sept. 23, 2012. Visitation will be Wed., Sept. 26, from 7-9 p.m. at Langsford Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thurs., Sept. 27, at 1 p.m. at Langsford Funeral Home. Burial at Lee's Summit Cemetery. Allen was born July 12, 1979, in Kansas City, MO. He attended Raytown South High School. At a young age, Allen always had to be busy and loved being around friends. He was very active and was always doing something. He was always riding his bike around the neighborhood. He would build ramps to jump. Just as soon as he was big enough, he went on to riding dirt bikes. He loved going to the Challenge Track in Kingsville. Allen was a fun-loving kid, and it seemed like our front door was a revolving door of kids in and out all the time. When Allen was about 17, he joined a modeling agency, went to a competition in Dallas, and won two trophies. Allen had an entrepreneur spirit, and was involved in Fun Loft Clubhouse in Belton and Club Evo in downtown KC. Allen was always taking something apart and fixing it. A lot of his family and friends knew that "Allen could fix it." Two of Allen's finest accomplishments are his sons, Chandler and William. He loved his children very much, and spent as much time as he could with them. Allen encouraged his son, Chandler, in BMX Racing, helping him to win numerous trophies. He loved spending time with William, watching him grow up. Allen was married to Gabrielle Doyle on Feb. 12, 2012, in Lee's Summit, MO. Allen is survived by his wife, Gabrielle, Lee's Summit, MO; his son Chandler, age 12, Blue Springs, MO; his son, William, age 4, Belton, MO; his parents, John and Paula Wells, Lee's Summit, MO; his grandparents, James and Phyllis Wells, Blue Springs, and grandmother, Nancy West, Blue Springs, MO; brother, Eric, Blue Springs, MO; nephews, Austin and Sebastian, Blue Springs, MO; and niece, Janelle Wells, Gladstone, MO, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Allen is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles West, and his aunt, Pauline West. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Allen Wells Children Memorial Fund.
