Derrick went the way that we have to go. It is appointed unto man once to die (Heb 9:27). My prayer is that as we had time to share with Derrick in both life and death, that his passing won't be in vain. Let his life be an encouragement to all who knew him to put their trust and hope in God. We can have the true peace that many spoke of concerning Derrick, when we know the true grace of the Holy God of Heaven.
