ERWIN DALE RHODES Erwin Dale Rhodes, known as Dusty by his family and friends, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family December 31, 2017. Dusty was born Dec. 26, 1928 in Denver, CO, the son of Leo and Ida Rhodes. Dusty was the youngest of three boys who were raised in Ten Sleep Wyoming. He was preceded in death by parents and brothers Charles and Lawrence Rhodes. Dusty is survived by wife Suzanne and their 3 children Linden "Lindy" Rhodes, Richard "Rocky" Rhodes and Elizabeth "Liz" Rhodes. It would be remiss to attempt to highlight Dusty's amazing life in a few paragraphs and he preferred brevity anyway. His family does want to acknowledge him as one of the finest men we've ever known. To know Dusty was to love him. He was an accomplished man but as humble as they come. He had a way of making everyone he met feel important and better about themselves. His leadership by example has had a tremendous impact on not only his children but grandchildren and the many who worked for him as well. He was honest, genuine, funny and dependable. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten. Please join us for a cocktail party celebration of Dusty's life to share and hear stories from the many who loved him.
