Jerry Eaton, 74, of Overland Park KS, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Jerry was born on July 8, 1946, to Jack and Beulah Eaton in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Raytown High School in 1964. Jerry had a carpet cleaning business in Branson, MO. Family was important to Jerry and he loved spending time with his sons. He was an avid sports fan and loved watching the KC Chiefs, the Royals, and the Missouri Tigers. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his sons Scott Eaton and Brandon Eaton, both of Kansas City, MO; sisters: Deanna Loeffler of Belton MO, and twin sister Judy (Gary) Stone of Hamilton, MO; nephews: Robert Dorsh and J B Loeffler; niece Marcia (Sean) Burns; great-nephews: Jack Dorsh, Wyatt Dorsh, and Gavin Loeffler; great-niece Savanah Loeffler.
Cremation has been entrusted to Heartland Cremation and Burial. The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection will conduct graveside services at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, MO. The family suggests memorials to The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection.
