Kenneth Allison

Kenneth Allison, age 83, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2006, at his home surrounded by his family. A celebration of his life will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 12th at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas. Entombment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. He was the owner/president of Kansas City Vaccine Co. and Allison Antiques. He was married 49 years to Daisy (Bilyeu) Allison. Kenneth was a member of the 391st Bomb Group, Army Air Force, WWII, Europe, and the Bethel Memorial, VFW Post 5851. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Hazel Allison; brother, Cleon Allison; and his wife Daisy in 1995. He is survived by his children, Linda (Michael) Daub, Kansas City, Kansas, Martin (Patricia) Allison, Tulsa, Oklahoma, David (Sheryl) Allison, Topeka, Kansas, Donald (Susan) Allison, Olathe, Kansas; eight grandchildren, Joyce (David) Norris, Karen (Jeff) Steele, Andrew, Ashley, Meaghan, Nathan, Laura, and Jennifer Allison; and two great-grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Steele.
