L.D. BAKER Obituary

L.D. 'Chick' Baker, age 82, a resident of Cameron, MO, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Cameron, MO. L.D. is survived by his wife, Jeannette Baker of the home; two sons, Dee Baker and wife Alana of Liberty, MO, Dennis Baker and wife Karen of Wentzville, MO; one daughter, Lisa and husband Randall of St. Peters, MO, son-in-law Eric Ander of Des Moines, IA, two step-sons, Robbie Bowers of Osborne, MO, and Michael Bowers of Gladstone, MO; one step- daughter, Chris Horseman and husband Doug of St. Joseph, MO; one sister, Judy Green of Tampa, FL; twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Shirley Barnett; beloved daughter, Renae Ander; grandson, Clayton Baker; two brothers, Orville and Rogers; and six sisters, Winnie, Norma, MaryJane, Inez, Shirley, and Evelyn. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO. There will be a family visitation on Friday one hour prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO, on Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. Burial will be held at Meadville Cemetery, Meadville, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wayside Waifs and/or Three Rivers Hospice and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601. Online condolences may be made at www.lindleyfuneralhomes.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO.
