1941-2016 Thomas Patrick "Pat" Daly, 75, of Olathe, Kansas passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at his home. Pat was born March 17, 1941 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Thomas Vincent and Rose Marie (Conner) Daly. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School. He served in the United States Navy in 1960 and was honorably discharged in 1980 retiring from the military. He graduated from Southern Illinois University, where he received his Master's Degree and taught as an ETC Instructor at Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois. In 1989 he moved to Olathe, Kansas and started his career as a Systems Performance Specialist for FAA and retired after 20 years. Pat was a member of Knights of Columbus, Prince of Peace Council #7909, 3 rd  Degree, NARFE, National Active and  Retired Federal Employees Association, American Sewing Guild, Catholic League,  and Kansas City Bead Society. He married Linda Elizabeth Roseberry September 15,1962 at St. Francis Xavier Church in St. Joseph. She preceded him in death December, 2010. He was also preceded in death by his parents, sister, Kathleen Marie Daly and daughter, Kathleen Marie Daly-Seever. Pat married Barbara Page- Stocks on December 19, 2015 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Overland Park, Kansas. She survives of the home. Additional surviving family includes son, Timothy Daly; daughter, Therese Hinds  (Jeff); daughter, Joan Winchell  (Scott); daughter, Pamela Stewart  (Wayne); daughter, Patricia Schober (Brian); 13 grandchildren; brother, Michael Daly  (Patricia) Deltona, Florida; brother, Kenneth Daly (Frances deceased) Riverside, MO; brother, John Daly  (Kathy) St. Joseph, MO; sister, Marie Houston (Garland) St. Joseph, MO; sister, Janet Daly St. Joseph, MO; brother, Dennis Joseph Daly  (Jerri Ann) St. Joseph, MO; sister, Margaret Turner  (Frank) St. Joseph, MO Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Philippine Duchesne Catholic Church, 5035 Rainbow Blvd, Westwood, Kansas. Committal service 2:00 PM Saturday at Mount Olivet Cemetery, St. Joseph, Missouri. Rosary 7:00 PM Friday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel, St. Joseph, Missouri. Visitation will begin after 12:00 Noon Friday at our Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday evening.
