Dear Paul and family,

Patty and Theresa spent nearly as much time at our place in our growing up years as they did their own! The three of us girls (and occasionally my five brothers joined us) loved roaming around our farm and playing in the barn and feed mill. I recall one Sunday afternoon our adventure took us to the creek. The three of us got stuck in the sand/mud but Patty was stuck the worse. The harder she tried the deeper she went. So, Theresa and I yanked and pulled and finally got her out - but to our shock her "borrowed boots" were never to be seen again! The three of us were caked with mud from head to toe! We laughed about that every time we were together as adults.

We're blessed to have such happy memories of the Millers and Rooneys in Liberty, MO.

God be with you and your family as your go through your journey of grief. Psalm 23. Love, Ken and Marty (Miller) Martin

Leon and Kay Miller

Paul, we had to shed a few tears today when Phil emailed us the notice of Pat's passing. So many wonderful memories of days gone by! Leon remembers the day she was born, and how excited his mother and dad were for their dear friends'(the Rooneys) happiness. We both remember what a beautiful little girl she was. May the Lord bring you and your family comfort.

Love,

Kay and Leon
