Wendie & I are in Florida and something made me check the obits. in the RJTs... Ruby and I worked together for years. She was extremely capable and we promoted her to Business Manager at a time when those jobs were most often filled by men. Oh, how times have changed! There was no doubt that she could handle the job and she did so...extremely well!
We'll also miss her at the SWC Retiree's biannual breakfast. If it weren't for her, it might not be continuing yet today.
I remember how proud she was of Union Grove and the energy she put into remembering it's history. The community won't be the same w/o her!

I recognized Ruby's name, but didn't remember from where until I read the obit. We were coworkers at Southern Wisconsin Colony. Ruby was a wonderful person. May she rest in peace.

Ruby was a great community asset, volunteering for many, many groups over her long life. Ruby also served as an early model for working women. She was my Sunday School teacher, and a good one. Ruby will be missed by many.
