Nicholasville, Kentucky - William K. Alverson, 85, known as "Bill" to his friends and husband of Nancy Alverson, passed away on Nov. 16, 2024. He was a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, Retired. Bill was Vice President of Electromagnetic Sciences, Inc. in Atlanta, GA prior to moving back to Lexington, KY. Bill will be cherished through Nancy, his wife of 33 years, his son, William K. Alverson, Jr. and his wife, Jola, his grandchildren, Aaron, Alexander, and Kimberly, and his cousin, Nancy Carey. Visitation will be on Mon., Nov. 25, 2024, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, Milward-Southland, followed by the service at 2 pm. Interment will be at the Lexington Cemetery. www.milwardfuneral.com
