On behalf of the many friends and fellow Veterans who knew Charlie as a fellow member of the Bluegrass Military Affairs Coalition (BMAC), please accept our deepest sympathy. He was supportive of the BMAC KY Wounded Warriors Program that provides benefits to military members and Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq wars, following 9/11/2001. We will miss his enthusiasm and wise counsel.
