Ronald Stephenson

1948 - 2016

STEPHENSON Ronald E., 67, husband of Rita West Stephenson, died Mon, March 21, 2016 at his residence. Born August 10, 1948 in Covington, KY, he was the son of the late James and Dorothy Judge Stephenson. Mr. Stephenson was a graduate of Western Kentucky University, had been employed as a claims manager for Grange Insurance Company and a service agent with Enterprise Rental Car at Bluegrass Airport. He enjoyed golf, was a member of the Marriott Golf Club and worked part-time at The Brook Golf Shop. He was a member of the Bluegrass Claims Association. Survivors other than his wife include a son, Brian (Tammy) Stephenson; three grandchildren, Bailey, Kylie Mae, and Ansley; a brother, James Stephenson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Schadler. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thur, March 24, 2016 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. Graveside service and burial will take place 2pm CST Sat, March 26 at Almo Cemetery in Almo, KY.
