Barbara Abraham Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Barbara Frances Abraham, age 83, passed away Sunday morning, May 24, 2015. She was a longtime member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by husband, Thomas (Tom) Abraham; son, Thomas (TJ) Abraham, Jr.; and sister, Alice. She is survived by her grandsons, Christian Joseph Abraham, Thomas Keith Abraham, and John Ferguson Abraham; great-grandson, Christian Alexander Abraham and daughter-in-law, Donna Ferguson Abraham. She is also survived by brothers, Larry, Johnny and Jimmy Green, all of Florida; and daughter, Teresa Abraham, of Destin, Florida. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Morning Pointe Assisted Living of Powell, and the many caregivers of Always Best Care Senior Services for their excellent care of Barbara, as well as the staff at Amedisys Hospice Care and Tennova Residential Hospice in Halls.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. Friends and family will meet Thursday at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. graveside service at Greenwood cemetery. Rev. Jennifer Jarvis, Chaplain, Amedisys Hospice, officiating. Online condolences may be extended at www.rosemortuary.com. Arrangements by Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
