Leah Michelle Ray, 49 of Clinton passed away on April 21, 2018. She was born in Oak Ridge on December 18, 1968 to parents Charles E. Ray and Brenda Crawford Ray. She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Crawford Ray. Leah is survived by; Father, Charles E. Ray; Maternal Grandmother, Ethel Crawford; Paternal Grandmother, Margaret Durham; Brother, Cody Ray and his wife, Julie and their daughter, Isabelle; Aunts, Linda Richardson & Sharon Parsons; Uncle, Terry Crawford; Cousins, Josh Crawford, David Parsons, Alan Parsons, & Amber Clifton. The family will receive friends at Weatherford Mortuary on Friday, April 27, 2018 from Noon until 1 PM with the funeral service beginning at 1 PM. Leah's brother, Pastor Cody Ray will officiate. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens, Clinton, TN. An online guest book may be signed at weatherfordmortuary.com

Leah was one of my first friends in elementary school when I moved to Knoxville. Over the years we tend to lose contact with some...I know I hadn't spoken with her since high school except the occasional exchange of a like or post on Facebook...but this still hurts my heart. Prayers for her family and friends.
