STANLEY E. LESTER Jr.

LESTER, STANLEY E., JR. - age 53, of Corbin, KY, formerly of Jacksboro, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at his home. He was a member of the Inskip Road Baptist Church. He enjoyed all sports, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and was the 1st quarterback of the Campbell County High School in 1976. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Lynn Lester. He is survived by his parents, Stanley and Norma (Phillips) Lester of Jacksboro; wife, Robin Lester of Corbin; son, Jordan Lester of Knoxville; daughters, Christy Lester, Marlana Lester and husband Scott Gann, and their mother, Sandy Lester all of Jacksboro; brothers, Mark Lester and wife Kathy of Knoxville, Brent Lester and wife Lisa of LaFollette; sisters, Cathy Sharp of LaFollette, Cindy Riggs and husband Jeff of LaFollette, and Tammy Lester of Jacksboro; granddaughters, Corri Caruso and Gabriella Lester; mother-in-law, Silverdeen Brandenburg of Corbin; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Tim Thompson officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
