My heart is torn to pieces. I lost one of my very true trustworthy friends. Ill miss the late night messages at 2am telling him a new joke, because he's the only one I knew would laugh. Dustin is one of the few people that has seen me change and grow over the last 2 years. He was so excited to be my best man in my wedding in October. That's all him and I have talked about the past few months. I had just messaged him Monday and sent him a pic of my suit when I received the news. I will forever honor him as my true loyay friend and brother. In his remembrance his seat at my wedding will be empty but I know his spirit will be there. He has taught me so much about life that I didn't know. Simple things like being there for family when they need you. Because of him I now talk to my mother more than I used too. Our long talks about what we could do different to be a better person has brought me this far. I truly wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for him. He has helped me maintain control of my sobriety when I was having a rough time. I will never let him down as I never did. He was an old soul and had lots of wisdom. Its still hard listing to some music which we both love. Just can't believe he's gone. My prayers are with his family in this time of grief and tragic loss. I love you Bunk.

Words can't express the sadness I feel for Bunk's family.
We graduated from Fairview together, and shared a lot of great laughs and memories. Although we didn't stay in touch after high school, he was always someone I looked back on my high school experience with a smile. He was such an encourager, a great friend, so creative, and could always make you laugh.

Forever Bunk changed my life. The talks we had for hours on the phone or your random texts to cheer me up. He came and wiped my tears when I had a broken heart and a lecture when I needed one... He was my one a one of A kind guy and that friendship meant then world to me. The tears are still coming but Your memory will live on in my heart until we meet again my Bunk....
