Sally DeMart Obituary
CHARLOTTE, NC: Miss DeMart, 78 of Charlotte passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Presbyterian Hospital-Harris Hospice.
Born April 15, 1935 in Detroit, MI., Sally was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Ethel DeMart. A former resident of Lancaster and Columbus OH, Miss DeMart had been a resident of Charlotte since 1978.
She graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Music and English. In addition, Sally graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with an Associate Degree in Accounting and Computer Science. She also served her country for 3 years as a member of the US Marine Corp.
Miss DeMart is survived by a brother and sister in law, Alan and Alice DeMart of Charlotte; nieces and nephews, Mike and Stacy DeMart of Boca Raton, FL., Jon and Laura DeMart of North Ridgeville, OH., Mike and Christy West of Leland, NC. and John and Ronda Lennon of Charlotte.
Memorials may be made to Presbyterian Hospital ( Harris Hospice) Foundation, 108 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28207. Online condolences may be addressed to www.carolinafuneral.com. Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.
