Uncle Dave,
You were always a special uncle. As a child when we all got to visit in Nuangola you made our visits special always thinking up fun things for all the cousins to do. You always were so thoughtful and kind . I always wished we lived closer. Now you are in heaven with Aunt Stella and Momma (sister Betty) who also loved you dearly. My love and prayers to David Jr, Mercedes, Teresa, and Carmen and families. Wishing you were not gone but will never forget you. Love your niece, Joyce

Uncle Dave,
As a child we always looked forward to spending time visiting in Pa. at the homeplace. I remember all the special times we shared as children and how you always tried to think of fun things for all the cousins to do when we got together. I always wished as a child that we lived closer you were such a wonderful Uncle. Kind and thoughtful. Even though many miles were between california and Virginia you were very special. Now you are with Aunt Stella and you sister Betty that also loved you dearly. My love and prayers to David Jr, Mercedes, Teresa, and Carmen and families. I am so sorry that he is gone. But wont ever be forgotten. Your neice, Joyce Jewell Bailey

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Dave's family. Dave tutored my brothers, sister and I through high school in the 80's. I do math for a living and owe it all to Dave. Always even tempered, patient and very smart. A true gentleman. Much love and prayers, The Robinson's
