Harold Martin Obituary

May 19, 1956 - December 31, 2014 Harold Keith (Bear) Martin, life long Santa Monica and Venice resident, beloved doorman and employee at the Beverly Hilton Hotel since 1973, died on December 31, 2014. He was 58. Keith attended Santa Monica schools, including Grant Elementary, John Adams Junior High, and Santa Monica High School where he played on the CIF championship volleyball team before graduating in 1974. A lover of all things outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hiking, biking and sunset walks with his beloved dog, Oso. He is survived by his brother, John, his sisters, Anita and Peggy, plus many loving relatives and friends. A memorial will be held on Saturday, January 24, 1:00 p.m.- Sunset, at Santa Monica Beach, Lifeguard Station 26.
