"If you can't make it funny make it fast!" My favorite quote from John while playing "Chris Egan" on Edge of Night. My heart hurts to think of his passing. Much love to his family. He was a great man!

John's sage and succinct advice as a young actress on "Edge of Night" has been the mainstay of my acting career: "Louder, faster, funnier!" There hasn't been a project I've ever been involved in where I haven't found myself quoting John Sedwick.
My heartfelt condolences...John will be deeply missed. But his legacy will live on through his family and with all those who had the great fortune to work with him.

John brought such joy every day to millions of viewers through the television dramas he directed, and his work will live on for generations. I offer my sincerest condolences to John's family.
