Ron was a great and steadfast friend. He used his skills to help introduce young people and those youth-at-risk to the transformative power of the arts, theater and playwriting. He was an actor, writer, producer, probation officer and a staunch advocate for the arts. He was both an Inner City Cultural Center and a Performing Arts Society of Los Angeles (PASLA) "alumni". He leaves a legacy and has had an impact on all who worked with him. I will miss him, but I will not forget him.

Having worked in the Probation Department with Mr. Daniels AKA and also as a friend away from the job was a pleasure. My husband visited he and his beautiful wife Norma on several occasions and looked at all of the wonderful pieces of art. But mostly I just must say Mr. Daniels did not take being a Probation Officer for children just a Job HE TRULY WANTED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIVES. I PRAISE GOD FOR HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO KNOW HIM AND HIS WIFE. It was a pleasure working with him on "Johnny Hotshot" while in camp and taking the boys to Hollywood to perform. the celebration of life was EXCELLENT.
