Homer Page Sr. March 6, 2008 CHATTANOOGA, TN— Homer Ausburn Page Sr., 84, Ringgold, died Thursday, March 6, 2008, at his residence. He attended the First Baptist Church, Golden Gateway, of Chattanooga. Mr. Page was a retired employee of the U. S. Postal Service for 13 years and a hog farmer in Pine Mountain, Georgia. He was a World War II veteran of U. S. Army Air Corp and was Past Master of the Leesburg Masonic Lodge # 58 F&AM in Leesburg, Florida. Survivors are his wife of 55 years, Sarah Ruth Neel Page; son, Homer A. "Burn" (Annice) Page Jr., Baton Rouge, Louisiana; daughter, Laura (Randy) Warren, Ringgold; brother, Bill (Diane) Page, Smiths Station, Ala.; sisters, Lois Marcoux, Cartersville, Ga., Martha (Jack) Bolton, Thomasville, North Carolina; Sister-in-law: Mrs. Mary Hiers, Pine Mountain, Georgia, grandchildren, Justin (Janie) and Brandon Page, Baton Rouge, La., Sarah and Melissa Warren, Ringgold, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Bo and Sadie Page, Baton Rouge, La.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Burn Page and Dr. Gary Carver officiating. Interment will follow in National Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.heritagefh.com. The family would like to thank Comfort Keepers of Ringgold and Hutcheson Hospice for the care given to Mr. Page. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home and Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
