Columbus, Georgia - Sidney "Bo" Dauster Harden, Jr., age 66, of Columbus, GA died on April 15, 2021. A celebration of Bo's life will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary at 11:00 am, with a visitation to proceed the service from 10:00 until 10:50.
Bo was born on June 20, 1954 in Columbus, GA the son of Sidney Dauster Harden, Sr. and Ida Hankins Harden. He grew up in the Columbus area and graduated from Kendrick High School in 1972. He worked and retired from West Central Georgia Regional Hospital after 30 years of service. He married Cyndi S. Harden at Hamilton United Methodist Church in Hamilton, GA on June 11, 2021. Bo was "God grounded" and a lover of life. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed grilling, and gardening. These activities were only made better if he was with his family.
He is preceded in death by: his father Sidney Dauster Harden, Sr.
Bo is survived by: his mother, Claudean Hankins Harden; his wife Cyndi S. Harden; a son, Sidney D. (Leanne) Harden III; grandchildren, Durham Reese, Macurely Claire, Sidney Dauster IV, Shannon Boone Murphy, Robin Boone Boswood, Cody Boswood, Kaylee Ann Murphy, Abigail Murphy, brother, Gary Denton (Melinda) Harden, niece Meredith Harden, nephew, Hunter (Caroline) Harden.
