Sullens, Amy, age 79, beloved sister, Aunt, cousin and friend passed away Dec. 18, 2016. Former employee of Lou Register’s in Phoenix, AZ and Via Christi Hospitals in Wichita, she enjoyed her retirement here in Wichita, a city she truly loved. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Edith Sullens and niece Malia Sullens. She is survived by her sisters Rebecca (Jim) Baker, brother William (Pamela) Sullens, nephews William Bertram, Martin (Trish) Sullens, Great nephew Jackson Bertram and Great niece Olivia Sullens. Her ashes will be interred at a graveside memorial service on Friday April 28, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Her family and friends are all invited to attend to pay their last respects and send their wishes that she is now happy and free of illness in Heaven. Donations to Meals on Wheels, 200 S. Walnut, Wichita, KS 67213 will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to the family of Amy. I worked with Amy at St. Joseph Medical Center (Wichita, KS - 1977-1984). We had a lot of fun times doing employees club things. She was so fun and always a kick to be around.
