Arthur was a tremendous athlete that excelled in baseball, football and later on hockey where he played in men's leagues culminating as a proud member of the Quincy Bald Eagles until the age of 80. An avid golfer, Arthur fondly recalled his many wonderful friends and competitive matches at the Boca Greens Country Club where he was a member for 11 years and played every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, running the Wednesday program.
