Barbara McCotter Obituary
May 15, 1935 to July 6, 2015
The angels are rejoicing today as they receive another one of their own. She lived a life of service to her family, her friends and her church and God. Barbara Ann, Bob, Mama, Grandmother, Grandma are the names that she was known by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rexford Leo Wetherington and Nina Dixon Wetherington, a sister, Mary Frances Wetherington Boyd, and her precious beloved grandson, Ray Rafael McCotter and a son in law, Marvin Raines.
She is survived by her husband, Ray McCotter, and four children, Karen Raines, Kathryn Carter, James (Jimmy)McCotter, Kim McCotter and four grandchildren, Michael Raines and fiancé` Allison Mitchell, Matthew Raines and wife Kristin, Justin McCotter and Mary Alice Bayer, and one great grandchild, Mitchell McCotter Raines. She is also survived by a sister, Cora Lee Wetherington and husband, Tony Riley and nephew, Peter Riley and wife Lauren, and niece, Marianne Riley and one brother Rexford Leo Wetherington, Jr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one very special niece Mary Beth Styers and husband, Robert.
